We believe church planting is the New Testament model for expanding the kingdom of God and completing Jesus' Great Commission. By planting local churches with a strong vision to plant more churches and maintain growing and thriving family groups, we have seen great Gospel success in Japan already. Our PAZ Church Japan campuses have, by God's grace consistently grown at around 50% numerically per year. Our heart is to take excellent care of each church member through intentional Christian mentoring and discipleship meetings.

Japanese people find hope in Jesus, and are introduced to him in the local church. Right now, according to OneHope's Global Youth Culture report, 71% of teens in Japan experience high levels of anxiety. The same study found that 81% of Japanese teenagers struggle with depression. Bullying, pressure to succeed, and other factors make suicide a leading cause of death for those aged 15 - 39 in Japan. While there are other societal issues such as an aging Japanese population and fewer young people every year, we know Jesus can save and bring healing!
